Healthcare can be very difficult to understand. Our first step was to understand it ourselves and create an attractive way to organize 70 pages of content into easy to digest chunks. Provide them a place where they can keep simple but important information that can be recalled quickly. Our second step was to understand their clients. Older, non computer savvy in most cases. A booklet that could be published offline and online was the best of both worlds. It is also an award winner of the National Health Information Awards Program. We had never heard of it either. But as long as a client and more importantly a clients clients are happy… So are we.
